The Director of Food and Beverage is a senior-level position responsible for managing the food and beverage operations of a hotel.

This includes developing menus, supervising staff, controlling costs, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Director of Food and Beverage is also responsible for managing the budget for the food and beverage department and working with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.

The Director of Food and Beverage reports to the hotel’s General Manager and works closely with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
